1:1 Coaching (Virtual)

1:1 Coaching (virtual) ($40*/half hour) on an “as needed” basis, for previous clients only. For new clients, minimum 3 sessions must be booked, and scheduled no more than 2 weeks apart.

  • Goal setting and planning in different areas of your life
  • Accountability and support to help achieve goals
  • Developing a positive mindset and motivation to overcome challenges and achieve goals
  • Coaching around personal development (increase confidence and develop skills in areas such as time management and communication)
  • Weight loss, chronic health struggles, stress management, burnout prevention
  • Suggested lab work to do with your family doctor, as well as interpretation using optimal values (not “normal” values)

Transform To Thrive Program

12 Week Transform To Thrive ($1200*)

Guiding You to Transform Your Mindset, Heal Your Body Using Food as Medicine, and Establish a Balanced Relationship with Eating.
  • Focusing on nutrition, health management, overall well-being, stress reduction and burnout prevention (individual goals established at the beginning of the program)
  • Healing the body at the cellular level by improving nutrition, movement, physical environment, sleep, and mental health
  • Suggested lab work to do with your family doctor, as well as interpretation using optimal values (not “normal” values)
  • Changing habits in a fun and sustainable way
  • Weekly sessions (phone or zoom) up to one hour, with texting/voice memos option via the app Signal or emails in between sessions
  • Free resources and ongoing support after the program via Facebook group

Membership Program

Membership program ($15/month or $150/yr) (CURRENTLY ON HOLD)

  • Access to resources (meal plans, recipes, training videos, etc.) in a members only portal, small group coaching calls twice per month via zoom, 20% discount on any courses, 10% discount on 1:1 sessions.
