Hi, I’m Christina Day. If you’re here, you’re probably tired of being told “it’s just the way it is” when it comes to your body, your energy, or this wild ride called perimenopause. I see you. I’ve been you. And I’m here to help you believe—deep in your bones—that real change is possible, no matter what season you’re in.
From “Having It All” to Finding What Matters
In my 20s and 30s, I thought I had it all figured out. I started my career in nursing, bought a house with the guy I’d later marry, got married, had a baby. From the outside, it looked like I was living the dream. But inside? I was exhausted, stressed, and quietly wondering, “Is this really it?”
Motherhood was beautiful and brutal. My marriage was struggling. I felt like I was failing at something other women seemed to handle. I went on a soul-searching journey—reading books, listening to podcasts, leaning on friends who became my lifeline. I almost separated, tried to fix things, and eventually divorced. Through it all, I realized: the status quo wasn’t good enough for me anymore.
I dove into health coaching, not just to help other women, but to figure out my own mess, too. And when I hit perimenopause, I got frustrated with being told “it’s just the way it is” about my health, my weight, my energy. I knew there had to be a better way. That’s why I do this work: to help you find your “better way,” too.

Every client is met with empathy and zero judgment. I lead with lived experience, holding space for you to be seen, heard, and supported—exactly as you are.
My coaching is about simplifying the complex. Whether it’s stress, weight gain (especially that not so fun meno belly), emotional burnout, or just feeling stuck, I help you cut through the noise and focus on what truly matters.

I bring my experience from the medical field into my coaching, bridging the gap between traditional medicine and holistic care. I’m here to bust myths, empower you with real knowledge, and help you navigate a system that wasn’t built for us.
I’ve Walked This Path—And I’ll Walk It With You
I know what it’s like to feel dismissed, confused, and unsupported by the very system that’s supposed to help. I’ve been the woman who tried every diet, every supplement, every “miracle” fix—only to end up more frustrated and alone.
But I also know what it’s like to find clarity, to reclaim energy, and to finally feel at home in my body again. My background as a nurse means I understand the science. My journey as a woman means I understand the messy, human side of change.
You can trust me to meet you where you are, to tell you the truth with kindness, and to help you build habits that are sustainable, manageable, and tailored to your real life.
A Little Real-Life Confession
I’m obsessed with learning. I sign up for more courses than I can reasonably complete, and I have a stack of books collecting dust that I swear I’ll get to (eventually). I’m a “hot mess” some days, and I own it—because life is messy, and that’s what makes it real.
